Why I am anti-red pill

What is the red pill?

The red pill is an online subculture that emphasizes male superiority, female inferiority, misogyny, and anti-women's rights sentiments. The name 'red pill' comes from the 1999 film 'The matrix' where the red pill represents the harsh reality, and the blue pill represents a comfortable illusion. There have been several figures in the online red pill movement, such as Myron Gaines of Fresh and fit, and disgraced former YouTuber Sneako.

The red pillers might start out with good points, such as highlighting the ways that men feel disadvantaged in society, and how dating can be hard for men, but their solutions are often much worse.

They are extremely misogynistic

A large part of being red pill is their rampant hatred of women. They often portray women as stupid, weak, evil, and uncontrollable. They advocate for mistreatment of women in relationships, such as cheating on us. They also host podcasts where they yell at, insult and degrade their female guests. Many of them even insult men who are kind and loving to their wives. Take this post that Rollo Tomassi (the godfather of the red pill) posted on his website:

So essentially, I’m reading the last four paragraphs of your essay to read:

“She married you because you are a provider, not because she was attracted to you. She’ll never be as attracted to you as she was to her previous Alpha Fucks.”

That’s a tough pill to swallow, my brother.

The issue being, of course, what to do with yourself, and with her, after you discover you got gamed into that kind of marriage.

They even have a phrase called "Beta buxx" which is the derogatory name they give to men who provide financially, and commit to their wives. So a man as wonderful and sweet as my fiancé would be considered inferior to them!

They are misandrists

Someone might be confused as to why I am calling red pillers misandrists (people who hate men), but if you really think about it, they see men as inferior in certain ways as well. There is something called the bigotry of low expectations which red pillers provide to men. They often say that men are not strong enough to be loyal to one woman, and that any man who is provided the opportunity to, will cheat. They allege that all, or almost all men are selfish, sex-craved fools who don't actually care about the women in their lives.

As a happily engaged woman who is starting out on her divine feminine journey, I am very much not in agreement with their views of men and women. My view is that women should respect and adore the divine masculine, and men should adore and honor the divine feminine. Nothing but love and tenderness between husbands and wives.
