8 Goals I have for 2026

As it is only just a few short hours until the new year, I have written out a list of new year's resolutions and how I plan to commit to them.

1) Work out consistently

All people should work out consistently, as this is just healthy for our body, but specifically as a 2027 Bride, it's very important to work out so that I can look and FEEL good on my wedding day!

I will be achieving this by working out at minimum half an hour, 5-6x a week!

2) Improve my skin care routine

I ordered a pink jade ice roller and a guasha set, and will be incorporating this into my skincare routine. Getting them in pink deepens my feminine energy, and using them will make me feel amazing on my wedding day!

3) Become a better Yogini

I recently received my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga Renew, and I felt so amazing to have walked this journey with them! So this year, I'm going to concentrate on practicing Yoga more.

4) Get closer to God

As a Christopagan, my view and relationship with God is complex, but I plan to improve my relationship and reverence of Christ, Aphrodite and Selene this year. I also decided to become a mystic of the Divine Feminine!

5) Read more books

In conjunction with Goal #4, I will be reading a lot of books in relation to learning about the Divine Feminine, such as reading books on Aphrodite, Morrigan, etc. As well as learning to work with feminine energy in my day to day life.

6) Stop engaging in politics

Of course, there's absolutely nothing wrong with engaging in politics if that's what you're comfortable with me, but for me in particular, I think it's better for my OWN mental health if I don't. Why? Not because I believe women shouldn't engage with politics, but because I think it's better for me if I don't. 99% of political debates on the internet are useless and do not go anywhere except for increasing the blood pressure of one or both parties. That's not to see I can't fight for change, but I will do so in a way that's productive, not engaging random arguments with strangers.

7) Start getting off social media

I know it might seem weird that a blogger of all people would say she wants to start getting off social media. But truthfully speaking, most social media is bad for you. That's not to say I will get off it entirely. I love sharing my beautifully curated posts on Instagram, but I will minimize it. Endlessly scrolling on Tiktok is NOT the vibe for 2026!

8) And most importantly, I will be a better fiancée for my darling

This year, Ayden and I faced a disagreement that even threatened the foundation of our relationship. We celebrated two years together in March 2026, and a lot of couples sometimes struggle with a crisis stage around this time. As a 23 year old at the time, I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life, I wasn't even sure whether I wanted children or not, but luckily, Ayden and I managed to work things out and came back stronger. So finally out of the crisis stage and going into our 4th year together, I plan to really enjoy this year with him, and growing even deeper in love with him.
